The first project resulted in an overview of the software development activities in your organization. The next step in the development of a software architecture strategy is to evaluate these activities and select a development process to recommend to the organization for use in its software development projects. In addition, you need to match the development process with a software architecture that will support the development methodology. When these 2 aspects of software development are properly matched, the result will be greater efficiencies and higher quality applications.
For this assignment, you will continue your work on Software Architecture Strategy document by adding a section on the development processes that are used in the company and recommendations that you will make to improve the processes. You will also recommend appropriate architectures for the software that will match well with the development processes.

Summarize the development processes that are currently used in the organization.
Describe the development methodology and processes that you would recommend for the organization. These might be similar to the processes already in use if you justify them.

Explain how the selection of an architectural design would impact the type of development process that is used in the organization.
Describe how a specific architectural design would support the recommended development methodology.
Justify your selection of an architecture based on the benefits of the architecture when matched to the selected development methodology.
