Terry Childs was convicted for tampering with passwords policy of San Francisco City (Infosecurity-magazine.com, 2019). He was also convicted for influencing auditing checks. Childs avoided emails, phone calls and interviews. Child eluded interviews, phone calls and emails, which led to the mounting of grievances towards DTIC management and possible lack of security awareness.
