Wildfit Quest

As a woman, I experience these  
Wildfit Quest  for myself. I also have a very observatory manner and can see how many of my female family, friends and clients experience their own versions of the same thing. In a nut shell, it seems to come down to this women are striving to live ‘Wonder Woman’ lives, or at least feeling like they are supposed to. Use that “magic lasso” to corral and conquer and oh, by the way, look gorgeous doing it! It can take a toll when you don’t feel like your living up to often unrealistic standards.

This kind of thing causes stresses, insecurities, lack of balance, maybe even loneliness and sadness. Let’s face it, not everyone puts their pain out there, or wears their heart on their sleeve. So much of what we go through we do in private. Without a doubt these things will manifest in life one way or another. You may see a change in nutrition choices, discontinued or nonexistent exercise, raised stress levels… insert your experience here. When you try to do it all, inevitably something gets knocked off the list. So what happens if that magic lasso fails and you miss a beat. What I so often see happen is that the fitness and health are among the first of the things that are let go and knocked down, or off the list.
