Example of writing Unit 1
My friend Mohammed
I have this best friend and his name is Mohammed. I must state that there are no words to describe him because he is
unique.
Firstly, Muhammed is from Najran in Saudi Arabia. He lives with his parents on a small farm. Muhammed’s appearance
is totally unique he has short brown hair and hazel eyes. he is tall and thin and has a beautiful smile. He loves wearing
unusual types of clothing and his style is very different, he is able to mix different colors and it suits him.
Secondly, Mohammed’s personality is fun. He can be serious at times but most times he is fun to be around. He can
easily talk to people and his friendliness means that he cares for all people. When people meet him for the first time,
they just love being around him. I love that about him, and we both are similar in that aspect. Just like me, we both
want to be doctors and I am lucky that we both go to the same university, which is Saudi Electronic University. There
are lots that I have learned from Mohammed especially his skill with computers. He always is there when I need him.
In conclusion, Mohammed is just not a best friend but a true gem of a person!
